This month's theme: All about Rosé

The warm weather is here so come learn about everyone’s favorite summer wine.  We will learn about the various ways to make Rosé, the most common grapes used and food pairing suggestions.  We will also taste a variety of Rosé wines including sparkling wines from various countries.

AIWC club member Beth Ann Dahan, long-time wine educator and vineyard owner will lead us through a tasting of a variety of wines. All wine lovers welcome – no experience or prerequisite required!

The cost of this course will be CHF 15-20 to cover the cost of the wines. Please bring this to the class and pay directly to Beth Ann.

The Wine Tasting Seminars will take place at different times over the course of the year. Each class is a stand-alone class.

Future seminars might include, but not limited to: New World vs Old World wines, Fortified Wines, Regional Wine Seminars, and Food Wine Pairing.
