This Monday we will be viewing "Hard Truths" (Deux Soeurs), the latest film from famed British director Mike Leigh. It tells the story of two sisters with very different personalities - one angry and resentful and the other cheerful and compassionate and how they try to come together on Mother's Day.
The film has a running time of 1h37m and will be screened at 13h55 at Les Scalas Cinema, 23, rue des Eaux-Vives, 1207 Genève. We will meet at the cinema 15 minutes before showtime and afterward go for a coffee to discuss the film.
For those who are interested, you might want to consider signing up for a Cine Pass card that is good at many Geneva cinemas including Les Scalas. You pay CHF 30 for the annual card and it gives you access to films for CHF 10. You can find more info here. You can get the card directly at the cinema.
Please sign up on the website or the Apricot app.
