The workshop will be led by Kristina who is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, with a heartfelt focus on hormonal health. She's also on the cusp of becoming a certified Brain and Mental Coach, thanks to the training at the Brain Academy.
She’s furthering her expertise by pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London, an experience that enriches my understanding of the intricate ties between our minds and bodies.
