This activity leader is Carol W. She has an MA in Applied Linguistics and has taught writing skills and English to international civil servants in Geneva and in the field for several decades. She is a passionate linguist and would like to share with you interesting topics, tools and tips.
Sessions will be scheduled the third Tuesday of each month.
Everyone is welcome!
The topics are particularly interesting for advanced English speakers and those whose first language is English. If English is your second or third language, you will be at least intermediate level (B2) and able to follow a presentation in English.
She will introduce the following topics for discussion, and more according to your interest. Her usual format is a quick discussion of the topic in pairs so she can see awareness levels, then a presentation or demonstration, followed by discussion and practice. She usually deals with a little of several points in each session
