This week we are hopping on the Leman Express to go into France to hike the
Boucle de Groisy par la tour et le Sarnieux.
The hike is relatively easy: 8.8 kilometers, 130 vertical meters up/down, 2 hours 40 minutes hiking. We will, however, still have to walk up a hill to get to the trail head which adds approximately another kilometer onto the hike each way. The Boucle de Groisy is partly in the shade of the forest with openings to views of Lake Annecy, the Salève and alpine peaks. Our hike Leader is Debra L.
