We will meet outside La Guinguette in Parc La Grange (enter via gate opposite Rue de Montchoisy on Avenue Alice-et-William Favre). Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the weather and bring something to sit on (cushion, camping seat, mat etc..). Activities will include mindful walking and sitting practices.
