While this activity is aimed at our snow group participants, all members are welcome to participate.
This fitness activity is to prepare your body for the winter ski season or whatever else you wish to prepare for. It will start with a cardio warm up and then focus on strengthening the legs. There is no specific fitness level required to join the group.
As we will be outside you should dress appropriately for the conditions, perhaps wear a warm tracksuit and maybe waterproof layers. Trainers are essential as the session is on concrete. Bringing water is suggested.
