In this topic, Minh will provide science-based knowledge on how food affects our health, physically and mentally. How to build a sustainable and balanced lifestyle through what is on our plates. The discussion will be helpful for anyone struggling with their health, lacking motivation, needing support, or even for someone wanting to become healthier.
Minh is orginally from Vietnam and is a certified holistic nutrition health coach and healthcare management professional. She has an MBA from UCAM. "My passion is to help people to reach a safer and healthier lifestyle physically, mentally, and spiritually."
