Gourmets Internationaux in the clubrooms

"Gourmets Internationaux" is an international foodie group! It is all about international cuisine with recipe preparations, themed cooking (eg. for those with anosmia, gluten free dishes, vegetarian meals...), gadget discoveries, restaurant visits and more!

We  meet on the second or third Thursday of each month from 13:00-15:00 . Everyone is welcome.  so if you love food and want to learn more about international cuisine, join us!

This month - Raclette !

Come along and enjoy sharing a raclette which is a traditional Swiss dish. Perfect for a chilly  gloomy Thursday lunchtime.

Raclette is a Swiss dish also popular in other Alpine areas based on heating raclette cheese (which melts easily) using a raclette machine and then scraping the cheese off the individual mini pans and enjoying with boiled potatoes. Pickles and additional toppings for the cheese will also be served.

All ingredients will be provided and we will share the cost together which will be less than CHF 10 per person. Payment on the day. Please bring cash.

Numbers will be limited so please register as soon as possible and if your plans change, cancel your registration so that another can take your place.
