Exceptionally we are meeting the 4th Tuesday of the month in January
We are photography enthusiasts exploring the fascinating world of digital photography. Our objectives are to help you develop your own style, improve the use of your camera, and have fun. Activities include monthly meetings, monthly themes, photo exercises, excursions, our Flickr group and creating the AIWC photo wall. Beginners and experienced photographers welcome. Type of camera is not important.
This month - Jennah and Roxana will take over the leadership role from Yvonne who is stepping down and who has done a brilliant job and loved every minute of it. Come along to the photo meet up and get to know the new leaders.
This month - Meeting at 11.00 at the Centre de la Photographie. Rue des Bains 28, 1205 Geneva.
Meet Jennah and Roxana in the lobby at 11:00 to view the current exhibition followed by optional refreshments. Participants will be required to pay a small entrance fee as well as pay for their own drinks.
Register now ! Please note - until further notice, a valid 2G Covid certificate showing vaccinated status OR a recovery from Covid less than 180 days ago will be required to enter the Clubrooms as dictated by the Federal Council. Photo ID is also required.
The photography group meets once a month on the 3rd Tuesday. Places are limited and precious - please only register if you are sure you can make it. When the maximum number of participants is reached, there will be a waitlist.
Once you register, a confirmation email will be sent to you with Jennah's and Roxana's contact information and specific details about the meet up.
We shall also keep our enthusiasm going with our 'Monthly Themes'.
We choose a theme each month (as shown below) and share our photographs on our AIWC (private) Flickr site. You will need an invitation to join this group. Please contact Melissa. Melissa also posts lots of information under the discussions section about photography exhibitions, printing services, local events and Courier themes.
