Cooking demonstration and Menu
You are invited to attend the demonstration at 11:00 and then stay for Lunch at 11:45
The menu and demonstration will include:
Adriana´s smoky chipotle salsa
Guacamole
Beef burritos
Vegetable burritos and
Mexican Rice
For those who want to try Adri´s delicious frozen margaritas, we will have those as well.

For those of you who aren't familiar with this Mexican/American tradition, here is a brief history of the date:
Cinco de Mayo in Mexico, Spanish for 5th of May, is an annual celebration held on May 5th, which commemorates the anniversary of Mexico´s victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862.
More popular in the United States than in Mexico, Cinco de Mayo has become associated with the celebration of Mexican-American culture. In Mexico, the commemoration of the battle continues to be mostly ceremonial. The city of Puebla marks the event with various festivals and reenactments of the battle.
Cinco de Mayo is sometimes mistaken for Mexico's Independence Day which is celebrated on September 16th. Cinco de Mayo has been referenced and featured in entertainment media, and has become an increasingly global celebration of Mexican culture, cuisine, and heritage.
