Back in the Clubrooms from October 5th!
We are always happy to welcome new members to our Yoga group. Yoga works for any shape, age, sex, nationality, level of fitness - without judgement. No need to be flexible or fit, listen to your body, feel what you feel and do what you can today. The aim is for you to feel more balanced and relaxed than when you arrived. Yoga is not about being able to do fancy poses; it teaches us to be kinder with ourselves and show compassion when we travel beyond the pose.
Come along and join an hour long yoga practice. You may like it! If you doubt your abilities, you’ll never improve and if you don’t try it you’ll never know ;)
• Tuesdays at 08:30. Rooms 8 & 9
Plan to be on your mat and ready to start on time.
*Wear something comfortable - all participants should bring a mat and a towel to cover the mat. If you like you can also bring a blanket, blocks and a yoga strap if you have them, but mainly a positive attitude and a smile on your face.
*Due to Covid -19 participants must supply their own equipement.
Be kind to yourself, it’s a great place to start your journey.
Please register for each class you plan to attend.
Note: Once you register, a confirmation email will be sent to you with Michelle's contact information. If you don't receive confirmation, please check that you have hit "confirm" at the end of the registration process.
Please note - until further notice, a valid Covid certificate OR a negative test result OR a certificate of recovery from Covid less than 180 days ago will be required to enter the Clubrooms as dictated by the Federal Council.
