Membership in the AIWC

More than 45 Countries and Nationalities

Membership in the AIWC is open to all English speaking women regardless of nationality. Membership fees include the use of the clubrooms, participation in most regular activities* and membership rates for special events, luncheons and excursions. Members also receive an annual directory of members' names and addresses and the Club's monthly magazine, The Courier.
*Some activities have an additional fee for participation to cover costs.

Non-members may attend functions of the AIWC as guests twice a year. Members' guests visiting from outside Geneva may attend functions with members subject to space available. Certain luncheons, seminars, lectures and other special events are open to non-members.

Membership Fees
Current membership fees are CHF 250 per year, with a small reduction for retirees. A one time only registration fee of CHF 50 is charged to new members. As the Club year runs from June 1 to May 31, members joining after December 1 are charged on a pro-rata basis. Short-term, non-renewable visitor's memberships are also available.


Joining from December 1 - CHF 175.00
Joining from April 1 - CHF 100.00
(A first-time registration fee of CHF 50 is included in the above pro-rated prices.)
New members joining after April 1 must pay the next year's annual dues in addition to the above.

TO RENEW CURRENT MEMBERS PAY: CHF 250 (AVS -10% CHF 225)
For non-residents and visitors to Geneva:
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP: CHF 150 (renewable)
Available to members who live more than 100 klm. from Geneva but would like to enjoy full membership privileges
6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP: CHF 175 (non-renewable, registration fee included)
2 MONTH MEMBERSHIP: CHF 80 (non-renewable, registration fee included)

How to Join and Pay Dues
Visit the AIWC during office hours at 11, route de Chêne, 1207 Geneva, and fill out a membership form. Payment is accepted in cash, credit card (Visa, Master) or by postal slip.

Paddle for Cancer
ESCA English Speaking Cancer Association (Geneva)
will  hold its 4th Annual PADDLEforCANCER Dragonboat Festival
in the Swiss Romande region on Sunday, September 5th, 2010.

The AIC and AIWC will once again have a joint team for the
